When a user requests account deletion, their account will be deactivated and access to our services will be removed. However, certain information such as transaction history and profile details may be retained on our servers as required for legal, regulatory, and security purposes.
We currently do not provide an option to delete only part of the data (for example, deleting transaction history without deleting the account).
Note: Account deletion requests will be completed within 7 working days after verification.
